About the Role
A leading Southern African hospitality group seeks a results-driven Sales Executive to drive revenue across its diverse portfolio of inland and coastal destinations. The successful candidate will proactively target corporate, MICE, and high-end travel sectors to secure new business and cultivate high-value relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities within the corporate, MICE, and luxury travel sectors.
- Account Management: Nurture and expand high-value relationships with key travel trade partners, tour operators, and corporate procurement teams.
- Revenue Generation: Negotiate high-level contracts and corporate rate agreements while executing sales strategies to meet and exceed ambitious revenue targets.
- Brand Representation: Conduct professional site inspections and property showcases.
Requirements
- Sector Expertise: 3–5 years of proven success in hospitality sales, with a specific focus on luxury lodges, resorts, or coastal properties.
- Established Network: A proven track record of existing relationships with Southern African corporate procurement partners and key international inbound tour operators.
- Sales Competencies: Advanced negotiation skills and a track record of closing high-value deals in a competitive market.
