Job Summary
The property features 9 elegantly designed rooms4 deluxe, 1 king, and 4 superioras well as a private villa with 4 bedrooms, its own garden and pool, lounge, dining area, and office. Catering exclusively to in-house guests, the hotel offers a refined bar and restaurant experience. This boutique hotel is part of a prestigious collection of luxury properties, including exclusive safari houses in a private game reserve, a coastal villa, and a beachfront lodge. These properties attract high-end clientele, primarily families from around the world, with significant markets in the USA and UK. Candidate requirements and responsibilities; The ideal candidate must be a strong and organized individual capable of driving change and instilling discipline while fostering a warm, collaborative team culture. A hands-on mentor with the ability to coach and train the team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional 5-star service. A sharp eye for detail, with experience maintaining high standards of cleanliness, aesthetics, and functionality across the property. A creative professional who knows how to delight and surprise guests, enhancing their experience with thoughtful touches. Extensive senior-level hospitality experience within luxury establishments. Multi-year experience in leading senior positions (in 5-star hospitality, either in the city or in the bush) Must have acquired a hotel management diploma Must have prior experience with hotel financials, HR, and food & beverage department and ideally also with the local business market Living in Joburg live out position no 9 to 5 mentality. Must have a driving license and own vehicle Representable appearance Fluent in English, verbal and written, with the necessary basic knowledge of IT systems, Microsoft Office, and hotel reservations systems. Experience with OTAs, and experience with PAN Hospitality would be an advantage Package: Provident starts after 3 months It is 5% company contribution and 5% employee contribution In the Liberty Provident the company also pays for a life cover and funeral benefits. There is no Medical Aid
