Job Summary
Key
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage system integrations between enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and third-party solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, business, operations) to understand integration requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain APIs, web services, and data pipelines to ensure smooth data exchange between systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, including performance, connectivity, and data mapping problems.
- Conduct system testing, validation, and monitoring to ensure the reliability and efficiency of integrations.
- Provide technical documentation and support for integration processes and protocols.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest integration technologies and best practices to continuously improve the integration framework.
Key
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Integration Specialist, Integration Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and API management tools.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and integration with SaaS applications.
- Experience with database management and data integration (SQL, ETL, etc.).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of integration frameworks and middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Apache Camel) is a plus.
