This role requires a deep understanding of banking operations, processes, and regulatory requirements, coupled with practical experience in implementing and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing our technology infrastructure to support our banking services and improve customer experience. Key
Responsibilities:
Implement and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. Serve as a subject matter expert in banking processes, regulations, and best practices, providing guidance on aligning Dynamics 365 capabilities with business needs. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions. Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to users. Develop integration strategies for Dynamics 365 with existing banking systems and databases to promote seamless data flow and efficiency. Customize Dynamics 365 applications to meet specific business requirements and enhance user experience. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Compliance, and Business Development, to align technology initiatives with business strategy. Stay updated with the latest features and enhancements in Dynamics 365. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 are a plus. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, preferably within the banking or financial services sector. Proven experience in banking operations and an understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks. Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Finance, etc.) and Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate). Experience with integrations using APIs, data migration, and custom development.
