Job Summary
Job purpose The mandate for this role includes the implementation of the presales process to achieve the preset targets. The process includes students visits (open days) and phoning prospective students. Functional: Customer service orientated. Target driven and ability to work well under pressure. Professional and confident. Excellent communication skills. Excellent negotiation, convincing and selling skills. Outgoing and passionate. Good telephone etiquette. Proactive and highly self-motivated. Computer literacy. Ability to work as a team player and individually. Must be able to travel. Must be able to work late and/or every second Saturdays when required. Key Performance Areas: Achieve agreed weekly/monthly lead qualifying targets. Achieve daily inputs criteria of 400 calls and 2 hours call time. Obtaining the prospective list of students from leads sent. Tracking and monitoring of all prospective students daily to ascertain where in the presales process the prospect is and what the next steps are to qualify them. Executing presales administration – Daily capturing qualified leads on CRM. Fostering, maintaining, and growing client relationships. Maintain an accurate and current database on an ongoing basis. Time Management – Adhering to workflow and timelines. Provide a weekly/monthly schedule of planned activities to achieve the lead qualifying plan. Demonstrate a full knowledge of all products, payment plans, relevant selling points and benefits and so doing, match appropriate products to qualify clients. Undertake any reasonable duties as specified by Team Leader. Self driven by your own initiative. Qualifications and experience Matric (minimum) and relevant qualification. Minimum 1 years experience, freshers can apply. Computer literacy: Word, Excel, PowerPoint Strong Convincing Skills. Willing to go the extra mile, prepared to work long hours. Team Player Able to take initiative.
