About the Role
Executive Placings is seeking a highly experienced Senior Fundraising and Partnerships Manager to join our team in Sandton, Johannesburg. As a strategic fundraiser with a passion for conservation and community development, you will lead high-impact fundraising partnerships across Africa and globally, driving long-term funding sustainability through values-based collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact fundraising partnerships across Africa and globally
- Develop and manage grant proposals and budgets
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate, donor, and philanthropic stakeholders
- Oversee financial planning, budget alignment, and financial reporting
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on project impact
Requirements
- Proven fundraising track record
- 5+ years experience in proposal development and grant writing
- Strong organisational, proactive, and adaptable skills
- Financial, reporting, and impact measurement skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s / Honours degree in a relevant field
