Job Description
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in Stakeholder Relations and / or Corporate Relations/Public
Affairs.
2 – 3 years communication and presentation skills
Education:
Bachelors Degree
Bachelor’s degree in social science / international relations/public relations (NQF 7) or an equivalent qualification.
Duties:
Strategic Outputs
- Support the development of a Stakeholder Relations Management Strategy to guide overall engagements in line with organisational objectives.
- Support the implementation the stakeholder relations strategy across the business.
- Support the development Develop and execute Corporate Social Responsibility strategy that align with business goals and the company’s strategic pillars
- Management and implementation of integrated Stakeholder Relations approaches, using standard tools and practices to provide alignment on stakeholder-based output.
- Support the development of stakeholder relations management policies and procedures.
Business Partnering
- Identify areas of collaboration around stakeholder engagements to maximise outcomes for the business.
- Developing stakeholder engagement plans reporting and measurement tool and framework for the business.
- Facilitate training to organization on stakeholder relations management.
- Support departments in the identification of stakeholder risks and the mitigation measures.
- Communicate Stakeholder Relations guidelines to the departments.
- Implement reporting, measurement, and evaluation mechanisms.
Risk and Compliance
Adhere to and ensure adherence to statutory regulations, organization standards, policies, and
procedures.
Formulating and setting a compliance framework regarding corporate communications.
Report non-compliance and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance.
Budget
Manage allocated Stakeholder Relations budget and report regularly to the Stakeholder Relations Manager
Track and monitor expenditure.
