About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee their construction projects in Sasolburg, Free State. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, with a proven track record of successful project completion on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and safety.
- Coordinate and oversee the work of subcontractors and construction crews.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and regulations.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
- Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures on job sites.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction projects.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to company leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience with project management software and tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- SACPCMP registration as a construction manager will be advantageous.
