Job Description

Hire Resolve is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Site Agent to join their team in Sasolburg. As a Site Agent, you will be responsible for overseeing construction sites and ensuring all operations are running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise construction projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
Inspect construction sites regularly to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Monitor and track project progress, reporting any issues or delays to management
Manage and mentor construction workers, providing guidance and support as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field
Previous experience working as a Site Agent or similar role
MUST have “greenfield” experience complete infrastructure development experience in water & sewer reticulation, roads & stormwater installation, mass earth works.
Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
CCS (Candy) experience, he must be able to do payment certificates independently.
must be able to programme a job and work towards production targets.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
Valid driver’s license
