Job Description:
The candidate will be responsible for managing the full HR function. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Lead and manage all HR functions and compliance.
• Guide managers on employee relations and performance issues.
• Handle disputes, CCMA cases, grievances, and misconduct.
• Develop and implement HR policies, contracts, and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma/ BCom
• 7 years’ experience
• Experience dealing with contractors
• Union experience
• Experience managing a team
