Qualifications & Skills Education & Experience Matric (Grade 12) essential; hospitality or tourism diploma/certificate advantageous. 13 years experience in a similar role at a 4/5-star hotel . Strong knowledge of hotel PMS (Opera, Protel, Fidelio, or similar). Skills Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in English; additional languages beneficial. Strong administrative and computer literacy (MS Office, email, reservations systems). Professional telephone etiquette and front office manner. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Personal Attributes Well-groomed and professional appearance. Warm, approachable, and service-driven personality. High attention to detail and accuracy. Team player with the ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
