A luxurious 5-star hotel and spa in Simonstown is seeking a professional, passionate, and well-presented Spa Therapist to deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold our high standards of service and care. Key Responsibilities: • Perform a wide range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, and body therapies. • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene within all treatment and guest areas. • Provide personalized service and product recommendations to enhance guest satisfaction. • Manage treatment schedules efficiently and ensure punctuality. • Promote spa services and retail products to achieve sales targets. • Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed. • Support the Spa Manager with daily operations and guest requests. Minimum Requirements: • Recognised Beauty Therapy / Spa qualification (e.g., ITEC, CIDESCO, SAAHSP or equivalent). • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a luxury spa or 5-star hotel environment. • Excellent knowledge of massage, skincare, and body therapy techniques. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Professional, well-groomed appearance with a passion for wellness and hospitality. • Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts as required.
