About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Furniture Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales teams across key locations in South Africa. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the furniture and dcor industry, results-oriented, and able to inspire and motivate teams to achieve sales excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective sales processes
- Drive business growth by leading and motivating sales teams
- Manage retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Network and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior sales management role within the retail sector (furniture/dcor industry preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with high energy and ability to work independently
