About the Role
A premier Chef de Cuisine position is available at an exclusive lodge within Kruger National Park, Skukuza, Mpumalanga . This leadership role is suited to an experienced culinary professional with a passion for hospitality , kitchen management, and refined guest dining.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations
- Deliver consistently high‑quality cuisine in a luxury tourism setting
- Manage stock, suppliers, and kitchen administration
- Maintain high standards of presentation, flavour, and consistency
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Senior Chef in hospitality lodges or hotels
- Strong leadership and team management skills within a professional kitchen
- Expertise in menu planning, food costing, and quality control
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and lodge hospitality standards
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications (Bachelor’s, LLB, Matric, etc.) not specified
