Job Summary:

Hire Resolves Client is urgently looking for an experienced SLP and HRD Manager to join their operations in Mpumalanga!

Responsibilities:

• Managing Social Labour Plan for the various sites
• Contributing to the development of SLP Plan
• Identify LED and other SLP Projects in consultation with Local Government and other stakeholders
• Facilitates the development of mining Charter reports and DRM audits
• Ensuring integration of all community development initiatives

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Degree / National Diploma in Community / Social Development Studies
• 5-8 years experience as SLP Manager
• Code 8 Drivers License
