• Prepare monthly management reports.
• Process invoices, follow up on payments, and manage accounts payable/receivable.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and support annual audits.
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow planning.
• Maintain accurate records between operational and finance systems.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and preparation of financial schedules.

Requirements:

• Senior Certificate (NQF 4) and a bookkeeping/accounting certificate.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and accounting software such as Pastel.
• Experience with multi-currency transactions (USD, ZMW, ZAR).
• Own vehicle and a valid Code B driver’s license.
• Reside in or near the Helderberg area.
