A recent professional profile photo is to accompany your application EMPLOYMENT TYPE : Permanent SECTOR : Production BASIC SALARY : R25 000 R30 000 benefits START DATE : A.S.A.P / Immediate REQUIREMENTS: Matric A relevant qualification in Production Management or Food Technology is advantageous Minimum 3 years experience in a production supervisory role, preferably within food processing, FMCG, or manufacturing (Preference will be given to applicants with experience in fresh fruit and vegetable production) Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work shifts and meet tight production deadlines Computer literacy (MS Office, production reporting systems) Fluent in English and Afrikaans DUTIES: Supervise and coordinate production staff to achieve daily targets. Monitor workflow, quality standards, and safety compliance on the production floor. Ensure production schedules are met and report on output and efficiency. Maintain accurate records of production, materials, and wastage. Train, motivate, and lead team members to ensure smooth shift operations. Work closely with Quality Control, Maintenance, and Logistics teams to resolve issues promptly. HOURS: Monday to Friday: 08:00 17:00
