What You’ll Be Doing
Market & Client Growth

Proactively hunt for new opportunities and potential clients to expand our customer base and boost brand presence.
Smash Sales Targets

Meet and exceed sales goals through strategic planning, client engagement, and consistent follow-through.
Pipeline Power

Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads for sustained long-term revenue growth.
Quotes That Win
-
Prepare accurate, tailored quotations promptly, showing professionalism and responsiveness at every step.
Close the Deal
-
Manage the sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement, converting leads into loyal customers.
Key Account Care
-
Support and grow relationships with key accounts through personalised service and strategic management.
Retention & Loyalty
-
Keep clients coming back with exceptional post-sales support and quick resolution of concerns.
On-Site Engagement

Visit client sites regularly to understand their needs, build trust, and identify new value opportunities.
What You Bring
-
4–6 years of proven sales experience (QSR or foodservice industry preferred)
-
Strong business management skills
-
Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Business Central (Microsoft Dynamics)

Skilled in negotiation, relationship management, and solution selling

Target-driven mindset with excellent time and priority management

Strong customer retention and post-sales support experience

Solid technical knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and related products
