Somerset West: Service & Repair Manager

Key Responsibilities: Deliver excellent customer care / client service Schedule and book clients Coordinate and manage technicians & staff Prepare and manage job cards Obtain pricing from suppliers Handle invoicing on Pastel Prepare quotations Manage targets & profits for department Additional Requirements: Must be willing to be on standby over weekends with the company cellphone to coordinate technicians when required Ideal Candidate: Strong administrative and organisational skills Experience in sales and service environments Ability to multitask and work under pressure Good communication and problem-solving skills If you are proactive, well-organised, and experienced in managing service operations, we would love to hear from you.
