Somerset West: TRUST ADVISORMinimum Requirements:-Young, well presentable and professional-Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English a must-Legal Degree obtained a must (LLB/B.Com Law)-Admitted as an Attorney preferred-Recent experience in Trusts preferred-Computer literate in MS Office -Excellent communication- and client relations skills -Drivers license and own vehicle -Willing to commit to long term employment with company-Residing near Somerset West a must-Stable employment record and contactable references-To start as soon as possibleDuties:-Full Trust Advisory duties for leading fiduciary firm-Act as company rep in capacity of Independent Trustee on clients trusts-Check drafts of new trusts to ensure correctness-Draft amendments of existing trusts, review and give opinions of existing trusts-Draft Wills and resolutions -Review and co-sign Trusts AFS -Advise company on all matters pertaining to trusts -Conduct Annual General Trustee Meetings -Action various ad hoc email requests from clients-Attend to phone calls from clients and 3rd parties dealing with Trusts Salary: R 25 000 gross basic + commission E-mail detailed CV in Word or PDF format (not as a link) and indicate Reference CR2793 and your monthly gross basic salary expectation in context with offered amount.(Also forward Reference letters and a recent photograph if possible)APPLICATIONS NOT MEETING ALL REQUIREMENTS WILL BE DELETED.
