Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Mentorship:
- Lead by example, setting high standards for the sales team and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Mentor and coach junior sales representatives to maximize their potential and enhance their skills.
- Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Resolve escalated customer issues with professionalism and a focus on finding effective solutions.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and a customer-centric approach.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that motivates the sales team to excel.
- Training and Development:
- Implement training programs to enhance the product knowledge and sales skills of the team.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and share insights with the team.

- Identify and nurture talent within the sales team, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Drivers License and Own Vehicle – Non-Negotiable
- Proven experience in a senior sales role, preferably in a leadership position – Experience in networking events, marketing days, etc
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong Administrative Skills
- Proficient in MS Office
Remuneration: R20,000 – R25 000pm + Provident
