About the Role
Join our beautiful Safari Lodge in Pilanesberg as a Senior Beauty Therapist and be part of delivering exceptional, personalised spa and wellness experiences to our guests. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in balancing treatment excellence with retail performance, guest relationship building, and disciplined operational compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised spa and wellness experiences aligned to the Spa’s standards
- Actively contribute to the commercial success and operational integrity of the Spa within the Lodge environment
- Balance treatment excellence with retail performance and guest relationship building
- Maintain disciplined operational compliance in all aspects of work
- Meet and exceed individual revenue and retail targets
Requirements
- Minimum 2-year Spa Therapist qualification
- Minimum 2 years industry experience
- Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language
- Confident to perform massage, skincare, and wellness treatments
- Proven ability to meet and exceed individual revenue and retail targets

Salary & Benefits
- Commission: 10% on personal Services & Retail Revenue (excl. VAT), after working back basic salary
- Spa Operating Hours: 09:00 – 19:00
- Must be available for early or later appointments if requested
- Leave Cycle: 3 weeks (21 days) on, 1 week (7 days) off. Or equivalent to 1 Off Day for every 3 days worked
- Accommodation: Shared accommodation with Daily Staff Meals
