Job Description

Requirements Matric, with previous experience in an administrative or client-facing role (travel and tourism experience advantageous) Strong communication and customer service skills Good organisational and time-management abilities Comfortable working with online booking systems and websites Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems Professional, friendly, and well-presented Reliable transport (own or public options, as long as you are on time)  DUTIES Handle client interactions and enquiries Process and manage online bookings via the company website Schedule and confirm bookings with clients Greet clients in a warm and professional manner Provide general administrative and client support Assist with basic invoicing and payment processing Maintain accurate filing systems (digital and manual) Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth arrangements  Salary: R10,000 ctc, negotiable dependent on experience  Join us on SOCIAL MEDIA or visit our WEBSITE for more information.
