About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our dynamic hospitality team. With a minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory or management role within the food and beverage industry, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our restaurants, bars, functions, and room service. If you have strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Food & Beverage Manager with the daily operation of restaurants, bars, functions, and room service.
- Supervise and support F&B staff to ensure consistent service excellence and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain effective stock control, manage orders, and monitor usage to minimize waste.
- Ensure all hygiene, food safety, and quality standards are strictly adhered to.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and assist in resolving service-related issues.
- Assist with staff rostering, training, and ongoing development.
- Support the planning and execution of events, functions, and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Food & Beverage supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Knowledge of POS systems, stock control, and basic administrative duties.

Salary & Benefits
