Desired Experience & Qualification
 Leadership, Communication, and Organizational skills
Experience in Hospitality Management or related field
Customer Service and Problem-Solving skills
Knowledge of restaurant operations and industry trends
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software
Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
Love for the ocean and nature a benefit.
