A 5* luxury lodge with 50 rooms, restaurant and spa, seeks an experienced Asst Food and Beverage Manager the following specifications:- Tertiary qualification Minimum 3 years experience as a Asst F&B Manager in 4 or 5 * lodge or boutique hotel operation with over 30 rooms, good wine and beverage knowledge Good eye for detail and high standard of guest interaction Skills Good knowledge of fine dining and guest services Ability to manage and motivate a large team Stable track record Own vehicle and drivers licence An UPDATED & detailed CV in MS Word format (starting with current position) is required, as well as a Recent head & shoulders photo, taken in the last 6 months.
