South Africa: Audit Supervisor posted by Fouche & Co Recruitment

As an Audit Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, executing and reporting on audit engagements for a variety of clients across different industries.

You will also supervise and mentor junior staff, liaise with senior management, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our audit methodology and quality.

Responsibilites:

• Setting Audit Plan
• Review of Audit files under the Audit Manager
• Review and completion of Tax Return Forms
• Weekly time sheet review
• Supervising Staff
• Liaising with clients
• Preparing and Monitoring Budgets to Audit performance
• Audit quotes
• Training Trainee Accountants
• Ensuring Audit checklists are maintained

You also need to have excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a high level of integrity and professionalism
 
Qualifications and Skills:

• Valid Drivers License and own Vehicle – Non-negotiable
• BA Degree in Accounting field (CTA Advantageous)
• Completed SAICA Articles (Non-Negotiable)
• Technical Ability (EG: IFRS, IFRS for SME’s etc.)

Remuneration:

• R18 000 – R25 000 CTC (Dependent on experience and qualification)
