About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Pretoria North Automotive Replacement Part branch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, motor industry experience, and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise outlet personnel, ensuring efficient operations and peak performance levels.
  • Oversee outlet activities, including stock management, customer interaction, and sales.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
  • Lead teams, build working relationships, and ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in a similar management role within the motor industry.
  • Sound technical knowledge and understanding of motor parts sales.
  • Experience with profit & loss, balance sheet, and financial responsibilities.
  • Understanding of procurement processes.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  • Sales and customer interaction experience.

Qualifications

  • Matric Certificate (with maths literacy minimum).
  • Additional related courses/qualifications are advantageous.

Salary & Benefits

R 25 000 – R35 000 CTC per month, with company benefits including a Provident fund and December Annual bonus. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00, and Saturdays, 08:00 to 13:00.
