Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and driven Bar Manager to lead our bar team and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high service standards, and managing staff, stock, and overall bar performance. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily bar operations and ensure smooth service Lead, train, and manage the bar team Develop and maintain a high-quality drinks menu Monitor stock levels, place orders, and control costs Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations Deliver excellent customer service and handle escalated issues Work closely with management on promotions and events Requirements: Proven experience as a Bar Manager or senior bartender Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar operations Leadership and team management skills Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities Ability to work evenings, weekends, and high-pressure shifts Well-presented, professional, and passionate about hospitality
