About the Role
A driven-orientated Company is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Reconciliations Administrator/Clerk to join a dynamic Finance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy, enjoys working with financial data, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work within strict deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Download and process financial and transactional data
- Perform daily reconciliation checks and reviews
- Weekly Validate imported data within ERP staging systems
- Capture and update bank statements
- Conduct settlement analysis and prepare balance reports
- Monthly Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare and post monthly journals
- Assist with income statement analysis
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare audit files and supporting documentation
- Conduct fee analysis and review schedules
Requirements
- 2–3 years’ experience in an accounting or finance role
- Relevant accounting qualification
- Solid understanding of reconciliation processes
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision)
