We are seeking a highly polished Boutique & Gallery Assistant Manager to support the seamless operation of a high‑end retail environment within a leading hospitality setting. This role is ideal for an energetic professional with a passion for retail , visual merchandising, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Working in one of South Africa’s most celebrated wilderness destinations, you will contribute to a refined boutique offering that reflects the lodge’s world‑class standards, conservation ethos, and commitment to unforgettable guest journeys. Job Requirements Previous experience in luxury retail or hospitality environments. Strong sales ability and confidence engaging discerning, upmarket clientele. Excellent guest relations and communication skills. Vibrant, dynamic, organised, and service‑driven personality. Creative flair for visual merchandising and gallery styling. Strong administrative, stock control, and procedural management skills. Computer literacy (MS Office; Sage Pastel advantageous). Ability to act as operational lead in the Manager’s absence. Team‑player with leadership or supervisory experience advantageous. High attention to detail and consistent follow‑up. Passion for conservation and alignment with Singita’s purpose. Commitment to maintaining the luxury retail experience in line with SOPs. Package Market‑related salary (dependent on experience). Opportunity to work within a world‑class luxury lodge environment.
