Job Description
Please note this position is based in the Middle East, Qatar.
The Business Development Manager will play a key role in delivering the Recruitment and Marketing Strategy. The role is responsible for maximizing student enrolment by developing and managing relationships with governmental authorities, ministries, and corporate clients, while also supporting marketing and promotional initiatives.
The post holder will:

Proactively engage with corporate clients to establish Prime Strategic Partnerships that contribute to student enrolments and create career opportunities such as internships and placements.

Collaborate with recruitment and marketing teams to ensure marketing activities are creative, impactful, and aligned with brand standards.

Deputize for the Head of Recruitment and Student Services when required.

Work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, during peak recruitment periods and events.
Key Responsibilities 1. Student Recruitment

Plan and execute recruitment activities to achieve enrolment targets and KPIs.

Provide weekly and monthly business development reports on progress towards KPIs.

Work with the Admissions Team to ensure seamless transition of leads into enrolments.

Follow up on leads, enquiries, and applications efficiently through calls, emails, and official communications.
2. Corporate & Employer / Ministries Engagement

Engage with corporate clients to establish and manage Prime Strategic Partnerships, ensuring performance outcomes.

Build relationships with employers to develop mutually beneficial opportunities such as placements, internships, and training services.

Collaborate with the Marketing Officer to promote programmes to businesses, ministries, and government agencies.

Network extensively across Qatar to maximize recruitment opportunities.

Deliver presentations to corporate entities, ministries, and other stakeholders promoting academic programmes.

Maintain and nurture strong relationships with ministries and governmental bodies to secure enrolments.
3. Marketing & Brand Development
-
Work with marketing teams to support campaign strategy, advertising, and promotional content.

Ensure marketing collateral aligns with brand standards and effectively drives lead generation.

Assist with the organization of Open Days, Registration events, and other outreach initiatives.
4. General Duties
-
Deputize for the Head of Recruitment and Student Services when required.

Undertake additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experience
Essential:

Bachelors degree in a related field.

Minimum 5 years experience in the education sector (higher education preferred).

Desirable:
