About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Camp Manager to join a luxury safari camp in Zambia, where you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the camp and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. With proven bush experience and a passion for exceptional service, we invite hospitality professionals with strong leadership and team management skills to apply for this live-in role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the safari camp
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences at all times
- Supervise; train, and motivate camp staff across departments
- Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and camp presentation
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and basic budget management
- Act as a visible host, engaging with guests and handling feedback professionally
Requirements
- Previous experience in a camp management or senior lodge role
- Proven bush experience is essential
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Guest-focused with a proactive, hands-on approach
- Ability to live and work in a remote bush environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (if applicable)
Salary & Benefits
USD 2,000 – USD 2,500 per month, negotiable depending on experience.
