Job Summary
Responsibilities:
â?? Develop & Implement Risk Frameworks Lead the creation and execution of risk policies, ensuring alignment with business objectives. â?? Strategic Risk Advisory Provide expert insights to senior management, influencing key decision-making processes. â?? Credit & Market Risk Oversight Ensure robust risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and compliance with regulatory standards. â?? Risk Integration Embed risk management best practices across business operations, to support sustainable growth. â?? Regulatory Compliance Maintain strong knowledge of local regulations and ensure adherence to international risk management standards. Qualifications & Experience: â?? 7 years of risk management experience, with a strong emphasis on credit risk . â?? Expertise in risk analysis, strategic planning, and financial risk assessment . â?? Degree in Finance, Risk Management, Economics, or a related field (CFA, FRM, or equivalent preferred). â?? Strong understanding of financial products, credit evaluation, and emerging market risks . â?? Experience in a senior leadership role within a global or high-growth financial institution. â?? Familiarity with Namibian financial regulations and experience in emerging markets is a plus.
