About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to join our team at Greys Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple client sites and security officers, handling disciplinary matters, and providing exceptional customer service. With a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a Client Services, Operations, or Site Management role within the guarding or security industry, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage staff performance and disciplinary matters
• Oversee site and asset management
• Foster strong client relationships

Requirements

• PSIRA Registration
• Proven experience managing multiple client sites and security officers
• Demonstrated experience in client relationship management and service delivery
• Experience handling disciplinary matters
• Exposure to audits, inspections, and operational reporting within a security environment
• Experience working flexible hours, including night duty and standby, as required
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Sound understanding of security operations, site compliance, and asset control
