Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Assist the commercial team with administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and report preparation. Manage and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Handle customer inquiries, providing professional and efficient support. Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth operations. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, contracts, and pricing agreements. Support the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis. Assist in the implementation of commercial strategies to support business growth. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Perform general office administration tasks as required. Qualifications & Experience: A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or commercial support role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Experience with ERP or CRM systems (advantageous). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Key Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
