Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion
- Create project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate and collaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams
- Monitor and ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards
- Manage and allocate resources effectively
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Provide regular updates and reports to key stakeholders
- Manage and resolve any conflicts or disputes that arise during construction
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction management
- Experience in engineering construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Fluency in English and French
- Willingness to work and travel to Guinea
