Job Description
Qualifications, skills and experience required:
- 3–5 years’ experience in procurement, planning or inventory management
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or a related field.
- Confident ERP skills (SAP MM a big plus, but Oracle/Dynamics welcome) and advanced Excel abilities.
- Fluent English is essential; Portuguese is a strong advantage.
- Analytical, detail-focused and quick to solve problems.
- Strong communicator, able to negotiate, escalate and collaborate with confidence.
- Working knowledge of Incoterms, import docs and customs basics.
- Based in Beira, with occasional travel as needed.
Key responsibilties:
- Run demand planning cycles in ERP (SAP or similar) and Excel; forecasting, updating item data and keeping stock plans razor-sharp.
- Generate smart purchase orders that balance budgets, stock levels and working capital.
- Track, chase and manage orders to ensure on-time delivery – acting fast when things need to be expedited, deferred or cancelled.
- Prepare weekly and monthly dashboards on stock, supplier performance, risks and opportunities.
- Work directly with suppliers to secure commitments, reduce lead times and solve delivery or quality challenges.
- Partner with logistics on inbound shipments, customs and ETAs – keeping everything accurate and transparent.
- Team up with Finance to resolve invoices, capture landed costs and ensure audit-ready compliance.
- Lead stock counts, troubleshoot variances and put fixes in place to keep inventory accurate.
- Spot and deliver cost-savings without ever compromising on service or quality.

Hours
- Monday to Friday: 07:30 – 17:00
- Saturday: 08:00 – 12:00
