Numbers are easy. Stories are hard. We’re looking for a Data Analytics Manager who can do both. Someone who can crunch the numbers, spot the patterns, and then turn that insight into a strategy the business can actually use.

If SQL is your second language, dashboards are your playground, and you’ve got the leadership skills to inspire a team while influencing execs – this one’s calling your name.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading a high-impact analytics team, shaping strategy through data-driven decision-making.
• Translating complex data into actionable insights that unlock growth and efficiency.
• Building advanced reporting, models, and dashboards that tell stories, not just show numbers.
• Partnering with senior stakeholders across the business to make data the heartbeat of decision-making.
• Driving adoption of cloud data platforms (AWS, Microsoft, Salesforce Data Cloud).
• Using AutoML and BI tools like Power BI and AWS Sagemaker to scale insights.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s in Commerce, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics (postgrad/Actuarial/Maths & Stats a big plus).
• 10+ years’ experience in commercial environments – telecoms experience is highly valued.
• Proven track record in analytics, modelling, report writing, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong SQL chops and database experience.
• Leadership experience – managing teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Bonus points for knowledge of change management and customer UX reviews.
