Situated on the outskirts of Durbanville, this luxury housing estate has recently opened a small 60 seater fine dining restaurant serving lunch and dinners only. Open to the public as well as members of the estate, the restaurant is operated and managed by a well-known award winning head chef from Stellenbosch. ProStaffSelect are in search of skilled and creative DEMI CDP with at least 2 – 3 years experience in a similar fine dining kitchen to assist with daily production duties. The menu is very limited with only three, five or eight-course tasting options but care and attention is taken with the preparation of plating components and individual dishes.
