Job Summary
Your Role:
- Develop and implement architectural concepts, master plans, and project designs.
- Conduct feasibility studies, project briefs, and design reports.
- Ensure designs comply with regulatory codes and industry standards.
- Oversee design progression through development and detailing phases.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, ensuring quality and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in Architecture with experience across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
- Professional accreditation or chartership is an advantage.
- Strong team leadership and project management skills.
- Knowledge of local regulations and planning authority policies.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lumion (Revit experience is a plus).
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to multi-task, manage priorities, and meet high design standards.
- A collaborative, motivated approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
- A valid driving license is a plus.
