South Africa: Duty Manager

As the Duty Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the daily operations. This role is ideal for an experience individual who can strongly lead teams, has excellent communication and organisational skills, and cares about the overall guest experience. Candidate Requirements: 3-5 years experience in a similar position, in 4-star and 5-star establishments Matric, with tertiary qualification in hospitality preferred Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities A friendly and positive personality, with a can-do attitude Guest-focused approach Strong administrative capabilities Must be computer literate Excellent communication skills, verbal and written This is a live-in position.
