About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Support Technician to join our team at Greys Recruitment. As an Electronics Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to clients via various channels and assisting with product setup, configuration, and fault-finding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to clients via email, WhatsApp, and telephone
  • Assist clients with product setup and troubleshooting
  • Perform fault-finding on devices and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Deliver professional and helpful customer service at all times

Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Qualification in Electronic Engineering or Mechatronics
  • Valid driver’s licence (compulsory)
  • Must be fluent in both English and Afrikaans (spoken and written)
