About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at a Travel & Touring Company based in Milnerton, Cape Town. As the face of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving qualified lead generation, brand growth, and revenue contribution through a modern, data-driven marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the marketing strategy aligned with revenue targets
  • Identify growth opportunities across international markets
  • Manage and optimise the annual marketing budget
  • Analyse market trends, competitor positioning, and customer behaviour
  • Drive lead generation across paid media, SEO, and digital campaigns
  • Oversee performance marketing including Google Ads and Meta advertising
  • Improve website conversion performance and landing pages
  • Lead the SEO and content marketing strategy
  • Manage CRM marketing and lead nurture journeys

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 5 years experience in digital marketing
  • Experience within the travel or tourism industry
  • Strong understanding of SEO, paid media, content marketing, and CRM marketing
  • Ability to analyse campaign performance and marketing ROI
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, social media platforms, SEO tools, and content management systems (CMS)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and content creation
