Large Housing Estate in East London is requiring an Estate Manager to run the day to day upkeep, staff, and service providers Key Responsibilities: Ensure landscape is maintained by landscaping team Perform routine inspections of the Body Corporates and Free-standing units regarding their upkeep and maintenance Checking of equipment and attendance registers Training of staff Responsible for security company on the Estate by reporting all security issues and incidents, monitoring of the guards performance Issue contractors with a set of rules, ensure that they abide by the rules, report any non-adherence Maintain the gate access database and issue clients with the necessary forms for proper access control of residents Arrange for quotes/procurements from contractors for maintenance work within the estate and monitor the service providers Investigate, compile and hand over incidents to Managing agents Efficient handling of petty cash and record keeping and submitting of salaries and wages to Managing agent Ensure water meter readings are taken and captured Minimum requirements: Matric Knowledge of estate/property administration Knowledge of dealing with contractors, suppliers, etc Valid code 08
