Crypto or legal industry experience is an advantage.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor and manage multiple inboxes across Outlook and Telegram
• Handle scheduling, meeting requests, briefing documents, proposals, and CRM updates (Attio)
• Open and manage matters in CLIO
• Collect KYC, liaise with AML officers, and coordinate incorporations
• Assist with billing, reconciliation, and follow-ups using CLIO and Xero
• Oversee file management, compliance checklists, and process improvements
• Arrange travel, conferences, admin tasks, and support publications
• Provide operational and executive support at a high level

What You Bring
