About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Pastry Chef to lead our production and R&D kitchen. With 15-20 years of experience, a stable employment history, and a proven track record in managing large-scale operations, you will be responsible for training and grooming junior staff in a positive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Head off the production and R&D kitchen

• Develop and implement new pastry recipes and products

• Manage a team of junior pastry chefs and ensure high-quality output

• Maintain quality control standards and ensure food safety protocols are adhered to

Requirements

• 15-20 years of experience in pastry development and management

• Proven track record of leading large-scale operations

• Strong understanding of dynamics in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Salary & Benefits

Salary: R80,000 – R90,000 per annum
