We are seeking a Finance Manager to supervise, support, and execute all matters relating to finance, accounting, tax reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. This role ensures effective financial controls, timely reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements while fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Oversee monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and performance commentary.
• Present financial reports to Directors and executive teams.
• Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with IFRS and tax regulations.
• Manage ERP systems (Sage) and act as System Administrator and Training Coordinator.
• Oversee the payroll, tax submissions, and statutory compliance.
• Drive debt collection processes and manage supplier payments.
• Implement financial policies, procedures, and technological innovations.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Accounting; CPA or ACCA qualification.
• Experience: Proven experience in finance management and ERP systems.
• Advanced MS Excel and strong knowledge of IFRS.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
