Job Description
- One of our clients is seeking a skilled Fitter & Turner to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality products to customers.
- Manufacturing products according to approved technical drawings.
- Conducting load testing of equipment.
- Performing machining and milling operations to meet minimum tolerances.
- Assembling and testing mechanical equipment.
- Repairing actuators, including stripping and assembling gearboxes.
- Performing maintenance, repairs, breakdown services, and inspections on in-house machinery.
- Must be willing to work overtime work when required.
Qualifications
- Grade 12 or N3 qualification minimum education required
- Fitter and Turner trade test (Red Seal)
Skills
- 5 years` experience as a Fitter and Turner
- Precision machining and milling experience
- Good knowledge of various steel grades and machining techniques
- Experience in General welding /ARC welding
Salary / Package
R240 000 – R300 000 Per Annum CTC
