Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Manage graduate recruitment programs, from outreach to onboarding. Partner with universities and other organizations to attract diverse talent. Support mentorship and career development programs for graduates and underrepresented groups. Conduct training and awareness sessions on inclusion and diversity topics. Monitor and analyze DEI metrics and graduate program effectiveness. Ensure compliance with employment and equal opportunity legislation. Collaborate with HR and leadership to create an inclusive workplace culture.
Requirements:
Honours in Organisational Psychology or similar Experience in DEI initiatives, graduate recruitment, or HR-related roles. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent in Xhosa, and can communicate in Afrikaans, English and Zulu Ability to analyse data and report on program effectiveness. Passion for driving positive change and fostering inclusivity.
